Woven Sack Making Equipment--1.Film Tape Line
   
With slotting inside the barrel, the extruder is equipped with efficient screw which is adaptable to types of raw material, it assures large yields, good mixing and melting, low energy consumption, constant pressure and no pressure & yield fluctuation with die lip adjusting.
Screen changer is installed on the production line, and continuous screen belt filter is optional to assure long-period continuous production.
Flat nylon belt transmission is employed on the production line, the transmission is quiet, stable and unworn with low energy consumption, which reduces the upkeep.
The production line has 5-roller stretching unit with 2 stabilizing rollers and 1 cooling roller, and pneumatic nip rubber roller, which makes the stretching and stabilizing more reliable and makes the operation safer.
The line is equipped with stainless steel heating plate controlled by PID temperature gauge, making the stretching stable and reliable, film tape smooth, tecnhological process easy to observe, operation convenient to control and energy saved. Hot-air oven is optional to achieve high =speed stretching of HDPE,LLDPE tapes.
Fibrillator is optional to produce fibrillated tape for container bags.
Chilling roller is optional to product thick yarn and high denier tapes.
Speed can be controllled separately and synchronously by using PLC.
Winding machine with different speed is optional to meet with different requirements for woven Products .
The production line is adaptable to film tape with different thickness and denier via the above design and configuration.
